850-271-5959Jensen Futurail offers a complete line of highly efficient and effective soil-sorting solutions. One solution for mid to high-volume laundries is our renowned MultiSort, which has been completely redesigned, keeping the operator in mind, thus providing optimum ergonomics and comfort by reducing standing posture fatigue and arm-to-body angle. In addition, Jensen offers automatic sorting calibration of each sorting bin. Without any intervention, each sort station resets the position to a “zero” value (tare weight), based on the value returned when empty. This completely eliminates the need to recalibrate sorting stations one-by-one, which can be very tedious and time consuming. The Futurail also offers complete soil and clean monorail systems, conveyor systems and automated maintenance packages.

(860) 316-5563Sea-lion has developed a portfolio of devices designed for the movement and sorting of soiled laundry. The soiled sorting systems include weigh-censored loading conveyors that go directly into the tunnel washer and faveolated (honeycomb-style) bin-sorting systems that load into overhead storage systems. Both systems calculate the exact amount of laundry loaded into the washer’s batches or storage slings. Slings enter overhead monorail storage queues for optimal use of facility space. Once loaded, the intelligent routing controlled by the SCADA network monitors goods throughout the laundering process.
